Jeff Smith has over three decades of experience in software testing and technical support across various industries. Starting as an Installer and Configuration Analyst at Digital Systems International, Jeff progressed to roles such as Sr. Software Test Engineer at Mosaix/Lucent/Avaya, where system testing and defect isolation were key responsibilities. As a Software Test Engineer at Philips Healthcare, Jeff contributed to the development of heart monitoring devices and applications, collaborating closely with Product Development and Marketing.
