Jeffrey Osterlund

Jeffrey Osterlund possesses extensive engineering management experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Boeing since January 2014. In this role, Osterlund oversees engineering operations, budget management, and capability integration across the Space & Missile Systems division, focusing on programs such as the ISS, SLS, and CCTS. Previous positions include Exploration Chief Engineer and Constellation Program Chief Engineer at United Space Alliance, where responsibilities included systems engineering and risk management for significant space exploration projects. Prior to that, Osterlund was a Senior Staff Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, managing complex retrofit projects for military aircraft. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
