Jennifer Laney is currently a Training Senior Manager at Boeing, where they champion safety, diversity, and community support while cultivating strong teams through mutual trust and communication. With a robust background in lean management and continuous improvement, they have transformed traditional manufacturing teams into efficient production systems. Jennifer's previous roles include Office Manager at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes and Teacher at OLMM, as well as various positions at Boeing, including Instructional Designer and Manufacturing Manager. They earned a Master’s Degree in Science of Management/Leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, among other certifications in lean systems and project management.
