Jennifer Mack is vice president and chief financial officer of Boeing Global Services, a unit of The Boeing Company that reported revenues of $15.9 billion in 2020.
Mack is responsible for the development and implementation of financial strategy and oversees all financial activities for Boeing Global Services. Mack was named to this position in 2021 and is based in Plano, Texas.
Mack joined Boeing 24 years ago and has held a broad range of Finance positions across various levels of the corporation, including roles in Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Boeing Capital Corporation and Boeing’s corporate offices.
Prior to her role as vice president and chief financial officer, Mack served as vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Boeing where she oversaw business plan development and financial forecasting and analysis for the company, which reported more than $235 billion of revenue from 2018 through 2020.
Mack previously served as director of FP&A and Investor Relations at the company’s commercial airplanes division and held the same role at the corporate level where she chaired the enterprise FP&A leadership team.
Prior to those assignments, Mack served as director of Investor Relations where she worked with institutional investors and securities analysts to promote understanding of Boeing’s programs, financial performance and outlook.
In addition, Mack has held management positions leading Finance for a commercial services service and the engineering organization supporting commercial airplanes.
Mack holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration (with an accounting concentration) from the University of Washington.
