Jerome Wallace-Jr has extensive military and civilian experience, having served in the US Navy as an Electrician from August 2001 to September 2010, the United States Marine Corps as a Communications Specialist from March 1990 to May 1996, and the US Army as a Transportation Specialist from August 1996 to August 2001. Post-military, Jerome worked at Boeing as an Assembler Electrician from September 2011 to February 2015, later advancing to Manufacturing Manager and currently holding the position of President of the Boeing Veteran Engagement Team since April 2017. This team is dedicated to supporting veterans, service members, and military families through community engagement initiatives. Jerome obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Excellence from City University of Seattle between 2017 and 2019, and previously studied Business Administration and Management at Coppin State University from 1988 to 1990.
