Jerry Pipes has extensive experience in systems and software engineering, with a career at Boeing that began in June 1996. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer on the MQ-25, Jerry has held various management roles, including Software Engineering Manager for Research & Technology and C-17 Training Devices, where leadership involved developing software systems for pilot training simulators. Notably, Jerry led the successful transition to the Scaled Agile Framework for an organization exceeding 200 personnel and received the 2015 Engineering Team of the Year award. Prior experience includes service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included programming and network administration. Jerry holds a Computer Science degree with a minor in Math and Art from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
