Jess Winkey

Jess Winkey has extensive experience in management roles across the transportation and aerospace industries. Beginning a career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from August 2002 to November 2006, Jess managed accounts and oversaw the auditing processes for multiple locations. Transitioning to Boeing in June 2015, Jess held various managerial positions, including overseeing GoldCare proposal processes and leading efforts in program management for the 737MAX and 787 Global Fleet Care. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Washington State University and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University, completed in 2023.
