Jessica Borchert

Jessica Borchert, MBA, is a Senior HR Business Partner at Boeing, where they align human resource strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational success. Previously, Jessica held various HR roles, including HR Manager at HNI Corporation and HR Generalist at both KV Pharmaceutical Co. and HNI Corporation. Jessica began their career as an On-Premise Manager at Spherion.
