Jessica Markey

Jessica Markey is a Senior Instructional Systems Designer focused on maintenance training, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering at Capella University. Previously, Jessica served as the Workforce Education Director at ROCKETCERT, where they led the development of compliance and continuing education programs. Jessica also held positions as an E-learning Developer and E-Learning Specialist, designing and developing courses using various instructional design best practices. Their experience includes an impactful role at ELP Aviation, Inc., where they advanced from an eLearning Developer to the Director of eLearning, managing a team and aligning training with organizational goals.
