Jim Cloninger

Jim Cloninger has extensive experience in various roles, starting as an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force from January 1986 to August 1989. Following military service, Jim worked in entertainment as an Entertainment & Promotions Coordinator at CHARLIE'S INC and Black Angus Corp. from March 1992 to February 1996, focusing on revenue growth for nightclubs. A transition to Festivals, Inc. in March 2000 saw Jim take on the role of Sales & Operations Manager, overseeing key events like Bite of Seattle. As Event Manager at First & Goal, Inc. from January 2002 to January 2010, Jim helped establish Qwest Field, contributing to its recognition as the best stadium in the NFL in 2005. Subsequent positions include Assembler/Installer at Boeing from February 1996 to March 2000, where Jim was part of a Lean Manufacturing team, and a return to Boeing in roles leading to the current position as Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector since June 2025, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence throughout a diverse career.
