Jim Leary

Jim Leary serves as the Executive Director for Business Development in the Space, Intelligence, and Weapon Systems division at Boeing, where they oversee domestic and international customer engagements and market initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in the Department of Defense and corporate sectors, Jim has held key positions that include Retired Army Senior Leader and Combat Veteran, and Senior Defense Policy Analyst. Their extensive skill set encompasses strategic engagement, program management, and multi-functional team leadership. Jim's educational background includes a BA from Elon University and an MA from Webster University, along with ongoing studies at the Defense Acquisition University. They hold multiple credentials and a current top-secret clearance with sensitive compartmented information (TS/SCI).
