Joan Wagner

Joan Wagner, PE, is an Associate Technical Fellow in Systems Engineering at The Boeing Company, where they continue to excel in improving systems and processes. With a strong background in industrial engineering, Joan has held various positions across leading companies including Spirit AeroSystems and Metal-Fab, Inc., where they showcased their skills in project management and proposal management. Joan earned a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA from Webster University, and they are recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and leadership.
