Joao Centeno

Joao Centeno is currently serving as a Global Engagement Pilot at Boeing since August 2025. Prior to this role, Joao worked as a Professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from March 2022 to August 2025 and held various positions at GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes from February 2002 to August 2025, including Flight Instructor, Flight Examiner, Flight Standards, Training & Quality Manager, Function Check Flight Pilot, and Captain. Joao's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, and a Bachelor in Aeronautic Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
