Joe Daube

Joe Daube is an operations leader with over 30 years of experience in Flight-Line and Delivery Operations, Manufacturing, Lean and Quality environments. They began their career as a Flight-Line Mechanic in the US Navy and later progressed to roles such as Plane Captain at Grumman and Operations Manager at Boeing, where they managed cost reduction and product schedules. Currently, as a Senior Manager, Joe leads strategic initiatives and drives continuous improvement at Boeing, ensuring effective implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles across various projects. Their extensive expertise includes fostering collaboration among stakeholders and engaging employees to enhance performance across union and non-union settings.
