Joel Raup

Joel Raup is an experienced Operations and Program Management Executive Leader with a record of progressively increasing responsibilities in diverse settings. They served as an Officer in the Corps of Engineers with the US Army from 1996 to 2001, and held multiple leadership roles at Boeing, including Global Services Insourcing Business Leader and various Director positions overseeing operations related to the 787 aircraft. Raup holds a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and both an MSE and an MBA from the University of Michigan. With expertise in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Strategic Planning, they are skilled in building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
