John Bandringa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design, innovation, and education. Currently working at Boeing since November 2025, John has also served as Teaching Faculty at the NewSchool of Architecture & Design since September 2018, focusing on Interaction Design and product design education. As the Founder and President of Movaic, Inc. since November 2007, John has specialized in developing and distributing innovative products. Previously, John held leadership roles at FreshForm, Port of San Diego, and Honeywell, where responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives, enhancing user experience, and managing large design teams. Earlier career highlights include directing industrial design at GIRVIN and contributing to major aerospace and automotive projects with Teague and AUDI AG, respectively. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Transportation & Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design and has additional training from Gonzaga University and Harvard Business School Online.
