John Stower

John Stower is a retired professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and information assurance. They served in the United States Air Force from 1977 to 1997 as a Cryptographic Specialist and later as a COMMO Officer at the CIA. John held various roles in the private sector, including Information System Security Manager at Northrop Grumman and Cyber Security Engineer Lead at Boeing, where they continue to work today. Additionally, they have been an Adjunct Faculty member at Upper Iowa University since 2011. John earned a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on Information Assurance from Capella University from 2007 to 2010.
