Joseph Babani

Joseph Babani is a senior manager on the Health & Well Being Strategy team at Boeing, where they design a comprehensive benefits package and manage a ~$2.5 billion annual spend on health and well-being services. In their current role since 2010, Joseph leads efforts in supplier contracting, vendor strategy, health and welfare renewals, financial forecasting, and global broker relationships. Prior to joining Boeing, they held roles at UnitedHealthcare, Group Health Cooperative, Mercer, and Group Health Incorporated, building a solid foundation in financial analysis and strategy. Joseph earned their degree from Seattle University between 2005 and 2009.
