Josh Bracken has a diverse professional background with experience in construction, engineering, analysis, and customer service. Starting as a Construction Assistant at First Phase Construction in 2006, Josh installed underground utilities and effectively utilized Spanish fluency for team communication. As a Volunteer Missionary with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Josh supervised a large group of representatives and led training meetings while becoming fluent in Spanish. Past roles include Junior Analyst at EPIC Ventures, where Josh conducted market research and managed analyst teams, and a Spanish Customer Service Associate at Magellan Health Services, providing support to Spanish-speaking patients.
