Josh Dewinter

Josh DeWinter serves as Project Engineering Manager and Deputy to Workforce Development Leader at Boeing, focusing on workforce development strategies and initiatives. With an extensive background in engineering and management, Josh's experience includes roles such as Payloads Integration Engineer, Enterprise Architect, and Engineering Operations Product Manager, where responsibilities spanned program development, IT solutions, and quality plan execution. As Owner of Excelon Design Group, Josh manages product development and prototyping, while prior roles include Director of Engineering at Blue Dragon, where innovative 3D printing solutions were developed, and various engineering positions at Boeing and other companies. Josh holds an M.B.A. in Technology Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.
