Joshua Downs is currently the Head of Operations at Boeing, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as Programs Director for Boeing Defense at GKN Aerospace from 2020 to 2023, where they managed GKN’s global portfolio. Joshua also has experience as a Controller at KemLab from 2015 to 2016 and as a Business Manager at Kemco Aerospace from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they operated Downs Heating and Air from 2004 to 2006 and worked as a Finance Analyst at Boeing from 2010 to 2015. Joshua earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mississippi State University in 2009 and is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for Rebuilding Together St. Louis.
