Justin Wicks

Justin Wicks is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in cyber security and aerospace technology. They served as a Police Officer for the City of Norman from 2014 to 2016 and held multiple roles at Boeing from 2025 to 2023, including Senior Program Manager and Manager of Cyber Security. Prior to that, Justin spent over a decade with the USAF as a Senior Surveillance Technician. They hold an Associate's degree in Aerospace Technology Systems from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, and a Master of Science in Aerospace Logistics and Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
