Kate Lueker

Kate Lueker is a Field Operations Senior Quality Manager at Boeing, where they focus on implementing and sustaining Quality Management Systems and compliance processes. Since starting their career at Boeing in 2016 as a Quality Engineer, Kate has led various quality assurance initiatives and audits across domestic and international platforms. Prior to Boeing, they worked as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Gates Corporation, where they achieved significant cost reductions and compliance improvements. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
