Katrina Stevens

Katrina Stevens (nee Lacey) is currently the APAC Strategy, Compliance & Integration Lead at Boeing, where they also serve as the Manager of the HR Business Partner Team for Defence. With a robust background in human resources, they previously held several roles including Senior HR Business Partner at Boeing Defence Australia and Group International Labour Manager at Teys Australia. Katrina earned both a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Griffith University. Their early career included HR positions at Teys Bros, NHS Trust, and Anheuser-Busch.
