Kealey Maddalena

Kealey Maddalena is currently a Flight Test Engineering Manager at The Boeing Company. Previously, Kealey worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Boeing and served as a Systems Test & Integration Engineer at Raytheon Missiles & Defense from 2016 to 2022. Kealey gained early experience as a Social Media Assistant, Student Assistant, and Ambassador at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2014 to 2015. Kealey is pursuing multiple degrees and certificates, including a Bachelor's in Aeronautics and an MBA at Embry-Riddle, as well as project management and leadership certificates from Saint Louis University and Harvard, respectively.
