Keenan Rickless

Keenan Rickless has a diverse background in engineering, education, and biological research. Starting as a Biological Research Assistant, Keenan operated tracking equipment and assisted in data collection on nocturnal animals. Experience in education includes roles as a Kindergarten Volunteer Teacher and Secondary School Teaching Assistant, where lesson planning and student engagement were key responsibilities. In engineering, Keenan has progressed through various roles at Boeing, including Liaison Engineer, Program Lead Liaison/MRB Engineer, Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Strength Engineer, focusing on structural nonconformances and mechanical equipment for aircraft. Academically, Keenan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with ongoing graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
