Keith Jackson

Keith Jackson currently serves as Chief Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Boeing since March 2020. Prior to this role, extensive experience includes positions at Wells Fargo, where Jackson led a team of attorneys and managed all aspects of major strategic transactions from September 2006 to March 2020. Additional experience encompasses advising Corporate Treasury and Corporate Development at Bank of America as First VP and Senior Counsel (2005-2006), and providing legal support for various corporate units at Wells Fargo (2003-2005). Jackson began a legal career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins (1998-2002) and worked as a Credit Analyst at International Paper (1994-1995). Educational qualifications include a JD from Stanford Law School (1998), a BBA in Finance from Howard University (1994), and studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point (1989-1991).
