Kelly Ortberg is the president and chief executive officer of The Boeing Company, a prominent global aerospace firm, since August 8, 2024. With over 35 years of aerospace experience, Ortberg's career began in 1983 as an engineer at Texas Instruments and spans significant roles at Rockwell Collins, including president and CEO from 2013 to 2018. They later served as CEO of Collins Aerospace and as a special advisor at United Tech before joining Boeing. Ortberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
