Kelsey Kastner

Kelsey Kastner is a confident leader currently serving as the Design/Build Production Engineering Manager for the Military Flight Test Instrumentation team at Boeing Test & Evaluation. With a strong background in aerospace engineering, Kelsey has previously worked as a Subsystems Manufacturing Engineer for the MQ-25 Stingray, an Engineering Supervisor at B/E Aerospace, and a Stress Engineer, where they focused on structural analysis and compliance with airworthiness standards. Kelsey holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with certificates in Architecture & Systems Engineering from MIT and Project Management from the University of Washington. As a hobby, Kelsey has completed 65 flight hours towards a private pilot license.
