Kelvin Townsend

Kelvin Townsend is a Senior Manager of Nuclear Capabilities at Boeing, where they lead complex teams and drive organizational culture change. With a robust background in operational roles including Colonel in the USAF from 1993 to 2020, Kelvin brings over 10 years of experience in operational testing and systems engineering, particularly within the domains of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles and nuclear command systems. Currently, Kelvin is pursuing advanced studies, including a Master of Science in Space Studies at the University of North Dakota and a Master's in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, while also completing acquisition and test courses at the Defense Acquisition University.
