Ken Hardman is a retired Boeing Associate Technical Fellow with over 35 years of aerospace and industrial experience in systems engineering, design, and project management. During their tenure at Boeing, they took on various roles, including Technical Fellow and proposal writer, and served as the founder and Chair of the Boeing Technical Journal. They have been advising and coaching engineering seniors at Brigham Young University since 2003, contributing significantly to the education of future engineers. Ken also holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, along with a Professional Certificate from MIT in Architecture & Systems Engineering.
