Ken Wen

Ken Wen has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Intersegment Lead and Chief Engineer at Boeing since October 2000. In this role, Ken manages all technical aspects within the organization and facilitates the expansion of engineering and management skills across various teams and locations. Previous positions at Boeing included System Engineering Integration and Test Integrated Product Lead and System Engineering Lead Integrated Product Lead, where responsibilities encompassed new business development, documentation, and risk management. Prior to joining Boeing, Ken worked as a System Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company, contributing to multiple commercial programs through roles in requirements, testing, and mission support. Ken holds an Engineer (Partial Doctorate) in Telecommunications from the University of Southern California, an MS in Control from UCLA, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
