Kent Schaefer

Kent Schaefer is a Customer Engineering Model Manager at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where they develop strategies and solutions to address customer concerns. Previously, Kent served as a Systems Engineer and Program Manager at The Boeing Company and Northwest Aerospace Technologies, overseeing critical projects in airplane modification and production. In addition to their engineering career, Kent was a Head Baseball and Girls Basketball Coach at Bothell High School, demonstrating leadership in athletics. Kent holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University.
