Kim Smith

Kim Smith has over two decades of experience in the aerospace industry, primarily with Boeing, where roles have included Vice President of Quality, Operations and Execution, and Vice President of Total Quality. Previous positions at Boeing encompass leadership in various programs, including VP/GM for the 747/767 Programs and Boeing Fabrication, as well as senior roles in Attack Helicopters and Environment, Health and Safety. Prior to Boeing, Kim Smith served as Lean/Plant Manager at GKN and began with Boeing as an Engineer in Manufacturing Research and Development. Educational credentials include a Leadership Executive MBA from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
