Kimberly S. is a Senior Software and Project Engineer in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advocate. With early experience as a Database Programmer at the Alabama Cooperative Extension System and a Summer Intern at ExxonMobil, Kimberly advanced to roles at Boeing, including Senior Project Engineer and Lead Software Engineer. Between 2006 and 2008, Kimberly worked as a Software Engineer at Harris Corporation. Currently, Kimberly is seeking to inspire the next generation of Black women in STEM.
