Krystal Roa is currently a Lead Talent Advisor at Boeing, bringing extensive expertise in talent acquisition with over six years of experience. Previously, Krystal held positions as a Recruiting Manager at CRG and as a Lead Talent Consultant at Deloitte, where they supported government and public service initiatives. Krystal’s career also included roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, navigating end-to-end recruiting processes and ensuring compliance throughout. They earned an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Santa Fe College.
