LaDell Papacek possesses extensive engineering experience, including roles at renowned aerospace companies. Starting as a Stress Engineer at Boeing from 2006 to 2011, LaDell transitioned to the role of Design Engineer at Goodrich Aerostructures for a brief period. Subsequent positions included Senior Engineering Manager and Structures Technology Manager at Spirit AeroSystems from December 2020 to November 2023. Currently, LaDell serves as Senior Project Engineer at Boeing since September 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer at Papacek Outdoor Escape Rentals since August 2021. LaDell holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Wichita State University.
