Laura Cressey is currently the Director of International Operations & Policy at The Boeing Company, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Laura served as the Director of the Office of Regional Security and Arms Transfers at the U.S. Department of State from 2021 to 2025. They held various roles at the Department of State from 1994 to 2021, including Deputy Director of the Office of Chemical, Biological and Missile Nonproliferation and Deputy Director of the Office of Regional Security and Arms Transfers. Laura's earlier experience includes working as an Associate on the Global Security Team at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2002 to 2007 and as an Internship and Career Coordinator for the Masters of Science in Foreign Service program at Georgetown University from 2008 to 2013. They earned their MSFS in International Relations from Georgetown University and a BA in International Relations and History from Tufts University.
