Lauren Hoang

Lauren Hoang is a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst at Boeing, currently supporting the 777-9 Build Integration team. Previously, they held various positions, including Methods Process Analyst II and Methods Process Analyst I, where they focused on process improvements and team leadership. Lauren has also gained experience as a Student Ambassador at Peach Inc., an After School Instructor at Overtime Athletics, and a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA of Snohomish County. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, a Business Management certificate from Vanderbilt University, and are currently completing a Master of Business Administration at Eastern Washington University.
