Lauren Lilak

Lauren Lilak is an HR leader with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and organizational development. They began their career as a Brand Representative at Limited Too before moving into various roles at Boeing, including HR Generalist, Organizational Development Specialist, and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. With a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives, Lauren has led teams to develop talent pipeline solutions and drive cultural transformation across the organization. They hold a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
