Lea Brown

Lea Brown is an experienced aerospace professional with a strong background in program management and supply chain leadership at Boeing. Since April 2019, Lea has served as Director and Program Manager for the F/A-18E/F Domestic Program and previously held strategic roles overseeing supplier management and program execution within Boeing Defense, Space & Security and Boeing Global Services. With a career at Boeing spanning over two decades, Lea has managed complex supply chains, ensured fleet readiness, and coordinated procurement strategies across multiple programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
