Leanne Jensen

Leanne Jensen is a Human Performance Architect currently serving on the Alumni Board of Directors at Michigan Technological University. With a robust background in engineering, Leanne previously held positions such as Quality Manager at Genie Industries, Director at the International Society for Performance Improvement, and Associate Technical Fellow at Boeing. A strong advocate for enhancing human performance in the workplace, Leanne has earned a PhD in Performance Improvement from Capella University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Throughout their career, Leanne has demonstrated significant achievements in quality management and operational excellence across multiple organizations.
