Lee Ann Avery

Lee Ann Avery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and process improvement. As a Principal at Fairwinds Consulting since September 2002, Lee Ann facilitated group sessions using MBTI to foster a harmonious working environment and contributed to the development of strategic plans and marketing campaigns for private school directors. Currently serving as a Lean+ Coordinator at The Boeing Company since May 2006, Lee Ann is responsible for overseeing Lean+ process improvement projects and facilitating Employee Involvement Teams. Additionally, experience as a Program Management Specialist involved coaching teams on Lean tools to enhance operational performance. Previously, Lee Ann held the position of Chief of Country Office Accounting for the United Nations Development Group, managing financial reporting for over 140 country offices. Lee Ann holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Process, Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
