Linda Simon

Linda Simon is an experienced legal professional specializing in employee benefits and compliance. From September 1995 to April 2016, Linda served as Senior Counsel at Locke Lord, where responsibilities included advising clients on plan design and compliance, drafting and amending benefit plans, and conducting due diligence in corporate transactions. Following this role, Linda worked at Boeing from April 2016 to January 2021 as Senior Counsel focused on retirement plan compliance. In addition to legal work, Linda co-founded and served as President of the Board of Directors for Discovery Charter School, which has become a leading institution in Indiana. Linda holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy, also with honors, from The University of Chicago.
