Lisa Baker Smith

Lisa Baker Smith is the Director of Business Operations and Integration in Law and Global Compliance at Boeing, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Lisa served as a Senior Business Manager and Business Manager in the Office of the General Counsel at Boeing. They have extensive experience in operations management, having worked as a Regional Administrative/Operations Manager at Colliers International and as a Manager of Administration at NETSWORK, INC. Lisa is currently pursuing multiple degrees at Chapman University, including a B.A. and M.A. in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, alongside an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Cerritos Community College.
