Lisa Filas

Lisa Filas has a diverse background in engineering and project management, demonstrated through significant roles at notable companies. At Boeing since 2022, Lisa serves as Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams to deliver hardware for the International Space Station while managing project scope, risks, and costs. Prior to Boeing, Lisa was a Project Lead at Pinnacle from 2018 to 2022, overseeing R&D and operations projects, managing teams, and implementing Six Sigma methodologies. Experience as a Management Consultant at DB&A (2016-2018) involved developing process-improvement solutions using data analytics. Earlier, Lisa worked as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger (2012-2016), executing hydraulic fracturing treatments, and also held an internship at Continental Airlines in 2011. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
