Lizzie Hammar

Lizzie Hammar is the Sr Director of the Interiors Responsibility Center at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where they lead a cross-functional team of approximately 1,800 professionals to design and build interiors for multiple aircraft programs, including the 737, 767, 777, and 787. Previously, Lizzie held several positions at Boeing, including Director of Operations for the F/A-18 Program and Director of Operational Excellence in BDS Manufacturing. Lizzie also gained valuable experience as a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow at MIT and began their career as an Analyst at Pace Harmon. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University and both a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
