Louis Pape, ESEP, is the Chief Engineer for Sensor Systems at Boeing, where they currently contribute to the Systems Engineering & Integration Team. With a distinguished career that includes serving as a Colonel in the USAF, Louis led various projects, including the Airborne Laser Laboratory and GPS spacecraft contracts. They held systems engineering positions at TRW Space & Defense and McDonnell Douglas, focusing on communications systems and risk management. Louis obtained a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from California State University-Dominguez Hills and an MS in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona.
