Lynn Hoffman

Lynn Hoffman is an experienced supply chain leader with a robust background in the aerospace industry, particularly at Boeing, where they held various leadership roles from 2019 to the present. Their responsibilities have included managing supply chains for F/A-18 and EA-18G programs, overseeing supplier management for complex contracts, and leading significant organizational changes within missile and weapons portfolios. Lynn currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain for Phantom Works, focusing on strategy and execution. They earned an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis from 2006 to 2008.
