Mandi Blount

Mandi Blount possesses diverse experience in customer service, sales, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Mandi works at Boeing as an employee while also serving as a server at Texas Roadhouse since March 2017, where responsibilities include assisting guests and training staff. Previous roles include account executive and ticket sales experience in professional sports organizations such as the United Football League and XFL, managing over 2,000 accounts and generating significant revenue. Mandi also has a background in team leadership and recruitment from serving as Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi International Fraternity and has experience in educational settings as a substitute teacher during the pandemic. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Strategy & Sales from Baylor University.
